Question wheels and offsets

I finally found some rims i want for my oz rally. They are 17/7.... any way when it means 7 it takes a 205 size tire i beleive and from there you can get the height. These are 5/114.3 lug types which i beleive also fits the oz rally and ls editions of lancers. One more thing where it offers the offsets which should i get 35,42,45.... if you guys/girls could help me out with this it would be much appreciated thanks for all of you help.

I hope you mean 4x114
and offset doesn't matter on our cars I dont' think, our brakes are to small.

yeah, we have a 4x114.3 (or 4x4.5 in inches) bolt pattern. Offest, I'm not sure on, I've never had to worry about that

yeah thats what i was wondering whether or not to get 205 or 215's for the 17/7 rims... cause it dosent say what it recomends. I was kinda like wtf.. but maybe if i called and asked whoever when i was ordering they could tell me. I was going to get 205/45 but my car is lowered so i figured i would go ahead and go with 205/40 for a thinner tire look.
