just got short shifter. is it supposed to have a curve to it?

 

Yes. Shifters usually curve towards the driver and/or towards the back of the car.

 

Yeah my lancershop one had a curve too.

 

^ did you get teh ss, counterweight knob, and bushings package? how you like it?

 

I got the short shifter, and the energy suspension bushings, I got a knob with it, but I'm using my kartboy one. With the kartboy underhood bushings, its amazing. Quick, snappy shifts, minimal vibrations in the assembly, makes it feel like your driving something sportier than a lancer. Definitely a worthwhile buy if you really like driving manual.
