Rpw Cams Group Buy

I am gauging interest on a GB for RPW cams for anyone interested.

I have been speaking to Dave (Mitsiman) and he says he can give us a 10% off deal if we get ten people to order.

There must be 10 to get the discount

I'b like to save a few bucks in getting these so if you think you want, scratch that...If YOU know for SURE that you want cams please sign up here.

Let me add that for 20 units ordered. Though stretching it, he will give us a 12.5% discount.

Thanks

stage 1 is 449
stage 2 is 469
springs are 225
cam gear is 205

shipping on a cam is about $40.... so you're basically getting free shipping
shipping on cam, gear and springs is about $70, FYI.

don't ask about gains because it all depends suffice to say the stage 2 is more aggressive than the stage 1.

EDIT: sorry about the back to back posts

I'm guessing buyers choice since everyone will not be ordering a stage one.
Let me check my pm

Here is what Mitsiman said in the PM.

"A group buy can always get camshafts cheaper - if you organise one then I will set a special price on them but I woudl need to see a lot of interest first for at leat 10 camshafts min"

So if there is enough interest then we might get a better deal than what is posted.

Sorry Eboy.

I thought when I spoke to you that you had already ordered it long ago.

I edited above for the 20 units ordered if it gets that high.

PLease people if you order these make sure you have someone who can install them or can afford to have them installed. I don't want it to fall off half way when people don't have enough for installation so they back out.

that's alright.... I figure by the time this group buy gets organized, all the money collected, Dave gets the cams ground and shipped (vision told me about 6 weeks if RPW didn't have them in stock).... I'll have had mine in for a month or so and will have already been to the drag strip, and AX courses Then you'll really have something to look forward to

Yeah

true. Lucky you to be able to install everything yourself.
I'm still going to run you down with what ever I get done.

Hopefully

Interest and "cash in hand" are different things...

im interested also but i doubt we can get 10 ppl and only a 10 percent discount is not too much of a difference. ill see how this deal develops, how my car is doing at teh time, and how im doing on money so make my decision later when the deal gets close to completion.
