hey you guys with injen shortram intakes what size filter do we use is it 4.50 inches?

 

Sorry a little offtopic, but how do you like the quality of the injen intake?

I'm considering swapping out my HKS intake for the injen, mainly because I dont want to keep buying new filters every 5k miles. Plus the INJEN comes with upper ic piping.

What are ur opinions/comments on the injen?

The air filter has a 4.5in opening and has a 6.75in base at the bottom, 5in tall, and 5in top end. I have the short ram intake and I love it. Injen included the heat shield with it. I installed the kit myself and it was very easy. (perfect fit) Any newb could do it. heh. After installing it, I took my car for a test run and I noticed a huge difference in acceleration all through the different gears. This short ram intake has a huge intake sound. Very nice. Money well spent.
