Annoying Squeak

Alright I installed a progress sway bar, seats, and header and now theres a squeak in my car. It sounds like its coming from either the front passenger side or the rear of the car. I've heard it could be the sway bar squeaking, does anyone know how to fix it, or is it one of those "turn up the music" type noises?

Yeah I loosened the bushings and they still squeak. How tight are they meant to be? In the instructions it says hand tight, but with locking nuts thats like barely on the bolt.

mine didnt start squeeking till i put on my teins. Thats cuz when put the bar back on i was able to tighten it down a pretty good amount. So when it gets warmer im gonna go out and loosen it up some more. (first time i put it on, it was like yours barely on the bolt)

Yeah mine are actually tightened, I used a socket wrench to get them so they actually hold the bar relatively still, could that be the problem? Is the bar supposed to be able to move around or what?

you guys just solved my squeaking problem... same prob... now i know it's the front strut bar i have on... stupid ebay strut bars...!!! i'm going to invest in the k bar from rrm... i remeber having that issue when the middle piece of the bar was bent forard.. hitting the cruise control.. so it made this annoying sound... now its probably hitting something again..!
