Repaint help
well straight and to the point i backed into a light post n' well i dont have a dent but i have some paint damage its kinda deep too.. eitherways im not sure what the best solution is.. but i wanted to kno if n e wun had a stock black rear bumper they wanted to get rid of i am willing to buy it off someone.. or i could just get it fixed n' if i get it fixed where the best place in SJ to go to is.. idunno im lost im kinda the stereotypical girl no clue how to do anything besides drive a car.. lol cept i change my own oil but yeah.. please help me!!
If it's just the bumper that's dinged, I'd take it to maaco or earl schieb. Black can't be that hard to mess up. For a bumper paint job you're probably looking $75-$200 depending on where you go.
Props on the oil. Plenty of guys haven't even seen the underside of their own car!

miracle also is a decent cheap place.

if your on a budget you could go to www.paintscratch.com, order the paint, and have some guy from socal lancer club do the best he could for like 50 bucks or something

He's about a 6 hours drive from so cal, but yes that would help. I did the same thing to my car (when it was 1 month old even). Dad has a spray gun, and about $60 worth of paints and additives got the job done. Just make sure to monitor the weather and use the correct proportions for that day. My clear coat didn't come out too well because we got suggestions for 90 degree sun and it was overcast 70 when we painted it.
