hmmm, Don't know if I can wait another 14-16 months or want to pay over 30k.

But, It's great news for those with patients and think it's worth the money.

Ok, I'm mixed opinions about this. If they chose to keep the brembos, we might as well see the recaro seats and the momo steering wheel and ofcourse the internals.
But then again, when they mention over 250, I'm thinking 255. Still pretty good, I'd live with it hoping that the intercooler isn't under the hood but infact behind the bumper. There would be ofcourse full aftermarket support and bringing it up to 280 would be piece of cake. And 300 is not too far down the road either.
But then again when they mention sub 30K. I don't like the sound of that, I don't know why, but that seems fishy to me.

Spring 2003!?!?!?!?!?!?!? I can't wait that long. I need at least 2 or 3 months to drool over it as I drive by the dealership. Now I'm going to have to find a dealer that won't charge me over msrp, cause I'm not willing to wait for dealers to stop charging over sticker when it first comes out. This is good news, but very frustrating. I was looking forward to December 2002. I'm happy and frustrated all at the same time.

I'm bummed over another year before we can get it. I almost wish it wasn't coming at all so I would have to go to an importer tommorrow. Do they have the US spec car at the show? If so I'll be there friday to check it out.

SUB means under hence "sub"marine. They say to expect the price to be sub-30K. That's what we were hoping for, wasn't it?

Sub $30k might also mean..... $29,995. That is still sub $30k... hopefully that would not be the case.

Been around Marketing people too much at work....

And lets hope is not doing what most Luxso brands are doing by making a lot of things opinions [fully loaded for under $30k?]

Hope not to be a $35k fully loaded EVO.

The current US/YEN exchange rate puts a brand new EVO VII GSR at ~$22,000US. I am packing my bags for Tokyo Seriously though, IMO, I don't see going over 30K. They need to be competitive with all the new sweet cars coming out.
