i really dun know much about cars but are they producing the whole cat back, like from down pipe all the way back? i already have their muffler and i just needed the part from the down pipe and to the part that connects to the muffler. i hope its not $300+ for just that part.

Wish people get behind my petition/challenge in brake/suspension/wheel/tire tech. But, seems people are more interested in being loud and gaining a few HP compared to being able to stop better and save some dough on brakes.

im trying to win races on the street not on race courses, and i dont think people are trying to be loud but thats just what happens when you wanna gain some power. My **** is loud as **** with no cats. I wish it still sounded like it did when it was stock but oh well.

Don't you think Road Race has done enough for you guys to not be greedy? When it's ready, it's ready, just be patient. Geesh, don't you guys think they have a lot other mods they want/have to do for other cars besides just U.S. Lancers? Geez, be grateful how they've been producing aftermarket parts for us, don't be GREEDY. Sorry, just had to get it out.

first of all, im not being greedy and neither are the rest of the people who want the rest of the cat back system . . . when most of us purchased the rrm exhaust we were under the impression that the rest of the cat-back was going to be available "shortly" (as stated on their website). i think its only fair that the rest of the cat back be produced . . . we all appreciate the hardwork that RRM has put into the Lancer community and of course we know they are involved with producing mods for other cars, we are not dumb . . . sorry, just had to get that out . . .

EDIT: also, this petition was not made with the intentions of having RRM complete their catback immediately, its here to say that, "we would like it eventually" . . . theirs been talk of Rob and Gabe saying to forum members that they WEREN'T going to complete their cat back . . . thats why this petition is here, just to show that alot of people would like to see them complete their cat-back EVENTUALLY . . .

Really tired. If someone wants to give up their car for a couple days I can get it done. Again not sure you are going to want it after we make it but I can do it if we get a local to step up.

why would'nt we want it . . . it'll probably be a bit louder, but with the sound of the axle-back alone, its a nice and deep sound (not loud at all), im assuming that with the complete cat-back it'll sound even better . . . thats just my opinion . . . anyway, you guys heard it, ROCK said that he'll do it if one of you CALI owners lend him your car for a few days . . . its really up to us now, he is willing and ready . . . somebody will have to step up for this to happen . . .

if i wasn't 3000 miles away, poor, and need my car for transportation, i'd offer it in a second! but i think you may be right, cat-back is gonna be LOUD, possibly annoying.

by the way rob, thanks for sending out the sway bar perch ASAP (this is Andrew from NJ). the weld guy at the shop is away for a week, but when he gets back we're gonna do a bit of reinforcing on it. should make a nice strong joint to take the torsional load. i'll let you know how it turns out! thanks for all the help.

yes it's a magnaflow muffler...that's all. They put the piping and flange on the exhaust for you boys to make the install a little easier on you!
