Make a template of the bottom of the Evo8 wing out of paper, marking where the holes are at. Flip it over and put it on the trunk and mark where the holes go. Drill ur holes and finish the install with the 3m tape and bolts from the inside.
edit: oh yea, line up the back end of the spoiler with the back edge of the trunk. Here is a pic of the evo8 wing on my 2003 OZ just for reference of where it should sit.

 

usually when u get a spoiler it comes with long plastic strips.. i helps u drill the holes in the proper spots
