Auto Start on a Manny???

Hey I am just wondering if anyone has a remote start system on manual transmission. I has a shop tell me that it is illegal and they would not install!

auto start on a manual is a bad idea. You would always have to make sure your car is in nuetral.

my shop sells them for $650 installed. It is the only one we can legally put on a manual. I have one on my evo and love it.

why would you say dont do it, its a must imo. The compustar is safe, there is a sequence you have to do for it to remote start the next time and it is physically impossible for it to be in gear.
