again, i know there have been threads, but damnit. it's soo not cool that 04'- lancer models get projectors now. We've been around longer- and it's not cool. Just wanted to complain. not hatin on the 04- models, but dang dude. i know there are a lot more 02-03 guys out there who wouldn't mind having some evo style projectors....

 

I think vendors don't see how a square design of 02-03 Lancer would work with round projectors. EVO is more aerodynamic as well as 04- Lancers.

 

face it....04+ lancer are just cooler

Face it, second generation already has three years worth.

Who's going to build new parts for a generation that only lasted two years?

 

just buy some HID kits and install them

 

Or buy a new car...then you will have projectors. Or complain, either way is cool.

i mean, its sad when like a 1991 honda civic has angel eye projectors, and even some 1980's hondas have them, but we don't? sucks man.

 

this is how we felt when we bought 04 LANCERS but no companies wanted to make After market parts for them, but u guys have nothing to loose. you guys still have best lookign body kits and suspension choices than we do. And design of our headlights is just ugly !!!

That's because over seas they had the 2001 Lancer with our body style...2000 I am not sure of, though.

I think he's right, too, because the '02-'03 only has one front lip (that I know of) and replacement body parts...I want something to add to it, not something that will force me to get matching side skirts and apron to look symmetrical.

I wish I had waited a year and gotten an '04...manual now that I know how to drive it!

 

The 02-03 has two front lips, but I don't know if RMR still sells both. I absolutely detest the headlight, grille and trunk of the 04'+ Lancers so no regrets here.

And as far as I know the Cedia body style began in 2001 in Japan, Australia, New Zealand and SE Asia.

 

Why is it called a Cedia? Is that the sedan non-Evo? Yeah, I don't like the grill of the '04, the '06 is a lot better looking, but I was looking on RRM and I saw the new carbon front lip of the Ralliart... Anyway...I would think about another Lancer in the future if they came with more options...do I hear Navi?
