i just emailed them for quote with s/h for my area.
i want to pay by paypal, and i know i'm supposed to email them the form. am I doing this right?

do i mail the form by email and wait for a response and send payment to via paypal?

 

they usually email you the next day or maybe even the same day saying they got your order. cut n paste the form into an email and send. then go to paypal to send money to road race's email addy. boom, you're done...
