How to remove great foam

So I put great foam in my trunk to fill the void in the wall where the key hole is to stop rattling, worked pretty good. A few days later I had to go out of town for 2 months when I came back the foam seeped out and ran down my bumper. The large pieces were easy to remove but there is a thin layer that has been sort of baked on. So how do I remove it with out messing up my bumper. Thanks for your replies

i would try just like debadging the car, heat it up as much as possible with a hairdryer and go at it with your fingernail or something that will pull it off w/out damaging the paint, and if that doesnt work i'd try heating it up and then using some sort of goo-gone solution.. you can get it just about anywhere home depot etc BUT you will need to wash and wax the part of the car that you use it on or it will little by little start eating away at your clearcoat, even better some decal remover -i think it's called- might do the trick and wont eat at your paint. Good luck!
