hey not really sure where to put this so i'll put it in for now
i have the obx muffler tip and i just dont like the sound. its way too loud for me. i have no cats what so ever in my exhaust system. have the kamikaze 4-1 rrm test pipe and the obx full cat back made by mufflertech. once i get past like 3 rmps it starts to buzz alot. i was just wondering what that could be. i first thought it was one of the hangers from the muffler hitting a nut but i dont thats it. just wondering if any body has a good sounding muffler sound. would like something quiet when just driving around but when in full throtlle it sounds like a mucsule car or has power. well just wondering if anybody knows. any help would be great.

 

That sound is being caused by the free flowing exhaust you have. I had the exact same problem with my setup. Only suggestion is to put your 2nd cat back on, or upgrade to a bigger diameter exhaust piping (2.5").

 

dang but wouldnt i lose back pressure from the bigger piping and lose some horse power. i dont know. i guess i can live with it.
