according to everyone else, its impossible to make a performance exhaust for this car, because the car sucks! i just want it to look good and have a noticable sound...

Get ready to spend more than $300 than. Are you really willing to spend that much on a fu*king a exhaust system or muffler that won't do you much good?

As for performance, you will get only about 1-4HP/trq from a more straight through exhaust than stock, but that's for any car that's N/A.

Your best bet is to just wait until something you want comes up for sale in the for sale forum. I was fortunate and got my exhaust, a greddy evo 2 system, for like 300$ CAD. It looks great (if you're into that kind of thing), sounds great and the performance is decent since I modded the rest of my engine while I waited.

Alright, I found a muffler that has these specs:

16"L x 4"W x 4"H
2.5" Inlet Tip Length
3.5" Outlet Tip Length

Will a shop do custom piping for me if I take the muffler and my car to them?

It says it has a deep sound, but I don't even care if its ricey anymore, maybe I will take off my evo spoiler to even out the rice lol. Does anyone else have an exhaust with the 3.5 outlet and 2.5 inlet? what you guys think?

READ DAMN IT!!

Remember that your asking our opinions so your going to get a sh*t load of varying views and intentions.

There is no such thing as countering rice with anything other than completely getting rid of the rice.

Get magnaflow. They look great and sound good also. Your muffler shop should have them for about $150

My greddy tip is a little bigger than 4 inches, its a really tight fit.

No, thats just ricey. I would go with the magnaflow. I think that they look great on just about any car and it will sound good.

I like the way a 4 inch tip looks but 3.5 looks good to.

Sometimes you can fing Megan Racing mufflers on ebay. Thats what I was going to go with instead of my greddy because of the burnt tip, but RRM gave me a good deal.

Here is the only pic I could find of mine. It will look better when I get the body kit on.

RRM sold me the muffler. Last I heard they were out of them.

I still say go with a magnaflow universal muffler.
