Alright, alright. The 02-06 guys feel the needs to rip on the new Lancer. Thats ok, they are threatened by a Lancer that is actually a decent car. So ok guys, keep rippin the new Lancers to feel better about your rides

 

Heh, I dont think its possible to modify a 02-06 Lancer to look tough unless you just completely removed every piece of the body work and replaced it with the shell of a different car

 

ok but its only but so much you can do to an 08...after while your stuck with a big space ship point blank lol ...if u mod a 02-06 u get a great looking vehicle.. i'd say the only thing the 08 has on the 02-06 models is the interior

 

Your talking kind of early dont you think? hardly anything out there aftermarket wise for the 08...but something tells me the 08s are gonna be a big deal aftermarket wise over the older lancers...body kit wise...as well as engine.

but thats just my 2 cents.

IMO the new Lancer looks much better than some of the older ones, though the one that looked like the VIII looked good too, especially the red ralliart with black polished-lip rims that is at the Starbucks by my house all the time.

The rest of them looked like grandma cars, and even after serious bodykits and exterior mods they still just looked like grandma was due for another check up at the psych ward.

When I first got my car my plan was to find a way to get rid of the center bumper piece and have it be all black mesh, very similar to that front end, so yes I think it looks good.

Do I care that you dont? No...not really

 

This probably wouldn't look too good on my silver GTS. now i wish I had a black one.

looks like there bluring out alot of the kit to hide it so nobody copies it. 08 lancer crushes the lancers before it. the best non 08 lancer fully modded dont even look half as good as my 08.

 

if accolade makes a kid that looks like that then i'll laugh b/c all it is, is a modded stock bumper ....... i'm an 03 owner but i think the 08s are the best looking lancers. esp the white and blue ones

 

would be better without that big nasty chrome peice. But i think the older gen guys are a little pissed cause the new gen is gonna get all the attention now. Admit it, nobody gave a **** about the old gen lancers now there is gonna be what like 5 08's at the SEMA show?
