between $5-7K

you'd be better off parting it out before you sell it (if you do, i'm interested in some parts. lol )

if you were to sell it without parting it out a private sale IS your best bet... you won't get anywhere near what you put into the car though. i think $8k is the high HIGH end of the price range.

when i bought my OZ it had 98k on it and i picked it up for $6k. that was ALL because of the mileage though--that is one thing your car really has going for it though. low mileage.

you'd have to justify every little modification to squeeze cash out of a private sale. if they know anything about the lancer's suspension they will point out that it's not a question of if the struts will blow with those springs but when.

best of luck with the sale though. you would probably have no problem picking up $6k for it if that would be enough for you that is.

you would be much better off parting it cus if your gonna trade it then the dealerhips don't give a Sh** about what mods u've done. They'll still price it as if it were stock... maybe give u a couple hundred more than stock but thats about it. if u part all the stuff u got u'll easily make over a grand here and still have that same trade in value. Believe me dealers will rip u off like crazy if u trade your car off with all those mods in there. And then they'll turn around and try to sell that car for like 5 grand more than what they gave u for it. You'll be happier parting it out . Think about it... bluebook doesn't have a check box for any after market stuff like exhaust, grille, springs, etc. I think u see my point

Well u will get that 8 or 9 as bluebook says but why not get the extra grand or so by parting u know. But thats only if u still got all the stock parts to bring it back to stock before trading/selling it. cus if u got rid of all your stock parts then u'll have to just keep everything on the car

Part it out and go for 6500$ or so. I got 6500$ for mine but that was an ES is less than ideal exterior shape, it had a cracked windshield (every car up here has one), messed up side windows and a dent on the rear quarter manual. You might be able to get 8000$ if you're lucky.
