On your lancer what kind of transmission do you have?

Automatic 4 Speed
Manual 5 Speed

Just getting a count of how many people have what just cause im curious.

my third gear is a little difficult to get into, anyone else find this?

 

Heavy stop and go traffic, and only auto in stock when I got it so, auto.

 

stick. automatic gets too boring. i need something to keep me awake and focused the whole time. i just like stick better.

 

i regret getting an automatic..i admit it!!

 

5 speed. As for third gear, mine are all hard to get into.

Maybe mine's been broken since I got it...lol.

 

Same cept I demanded a black 5spd and waited 6 weeks for it.

 

i took my friends manual out for a long time and drive it, it has like 17k miles on it and its really easy to get into third... well if you didnt know all you have to do is push it straight up toward first and youll get blocked from going into first and moved over into the middle then push it up again, but if you have a manual i bet you already know that.

 

I had to do the same thing i wanted black and i wasnt going to buy a car that i planned to have any fun with in auto so i waited for the manual

 

i drive stick, but yeeeee i have the same prollem wit third sometimes too. I kno how to git into third, but sometimes it kicks me out of it making this annoying grinding sound. It's bull ****. And yes, i'm pritty sure i'm pushing down the clutch before i shift if anyone wants to git smart =P

 

Auto is way too boring. Once you get a stick you cant go back.

I managed to get a Yellow 5 spd OZ that was in-stock...it even had a Sunroof in it....talk about lucking out and finding exactly the car you want.
