its been about 3 weeks. and i ordered my body kit, i still havnt heard anything about them shipping it out. i email them all the time and i dont have any replys. im getting pissed.

 

look, if you bought it with your credit card then call them, they can reverse the charge and the ball will be in the manufacturers court to resolve the matter with you. But if they quoted you something like 2 weeks or so then i think your being a little quick to panic. its days before Xmas and shipping is a mess in some parts of the country.

If you paid via credit card, then dont worry and dont get pissed. You cant expect it to be on your door step the next day. alot of work goes into body kits unless you want them to rush it lol well then you know what happens in that case.

But i am pretty sure they would ship it UPS so find out if there is a tracking number

same thing happened to me man, they got my payment and i didn’t hear from them for one whole month after that!
i was then told to contact dave, he got back to me right away and helped me resolve the issue.

 

yeah i think its a bit too early for me to get impatient about it.

 

I got a kit from them and was quoted no longer then 4 weeks. Two days after the 4 week mark, it left their facility, and took another 6 days to get it.

 

my front bumper took 2 weeks.

 

next time ask them if its in stock or not, if its not, then you know itsgonna take a while

 

When I ordered a kit from them a couple years ago, it took them 3 months to deliver and there were a couple poeces on Back Order. Mind you, it was a less popular kit for a Mazda.

They do come through...
