My apologies ... wrong usage of words haha. It's not a lease, I will own it afterwards. oops. Mine also has the gap insurance as well.

eg6 ... you have a GTS with nav? If so,you got lucky ... I got mine in August and they were hard to come by, especially with the nav and the color I wanted. They had it priced at 22,900 or something like that, and I got them down to 21,200.

+1 you could buy a mazdaspeed3 with 100 more hp for the same price, and those are nicer all around, but that's just my opinion

I got an ES with CVT and S&S.

True, but you wouldn't get any of the tech stuff that the Lancer comes with. When I was first looking for a car, I was going with the Mazda3, until I found out that a MS3 would cost around 27k before taxes with the navi and sirius I said screw it. If you like speed minus the tech stuff, you can get the MS3 for about 23k, but it comes pretty damn stock.

No car out there has the options that the Lancer with sunroof, sound, and navi ... for that price. NONE. A lady at my work with a BMW 5 series was jealous of everything I had haha, especially the smartkey.

Goodluck buddy I got mine for $19,700 with nav., S&S (fully loaded with everything) and it was a hassle to get it at this price. They tried to jack it around so much it wasnt funny. I seriously seriously doubt u can find one that cheap but best of luck to you. As you can see they run for 20k+, I just got lucky

5spd ES w/ Navi @ 284/month for 72months with $3000 down. I think it was $16K and some change before financing.

Sounds like a good deal to me. That's way less than I paid.

I wish you luck with that. I special ordered my 08 lancer, because I couldn't get the exact configuration I wanted. I live north of Phila. for what it's worth.

I paid less than 22k for mine (CTS), but it's EXACTLY what I wanted.

If you don't get the CTS, you could probably get away with an ES down to 16-17k.

I paid 21,200 for a fully loaded gts auto. Thats the lowest we could ge them to go...we were literally walkin out the door and gettin in the car wen one of the salesmen came up to us and gave us the price we asked for.

I hated the whole bargaining process...those salemen are money sucking vampires. I hate them

You guys got raped

$13188 out the door my wife paid for her 09 DE with automatic transmission, A/C, auto window, etc. She put $2500 down and is paying $227/month.

Bought one at this price (and in reality there was 60 at that price). The dealer tried to jack us on delivery charge when it's already included in the MSRP and he was discounting from MSRP. They were so mad, they only gave us barely a half tank of gas and we got the warranty books with no holder. Is there suppose to be at least a plastic holder? (All courtesy of Long Beach Mitsubishi)

I got a 2008 fully loaded Lancer GTS for about 21k out the door. I owed 2 grand on my trade so it went up to 23.

Price of the GTS was around 19,600. They had it listed cheaper, but they failed to mention that that price included Mitsubishi's rebates which you needed to qualify for(education loyalty military etc).

MSRP was 22,700 for the car, so 3 grand off ain't too bad. A lot of money, i pay about $440 a month for 60 months(5.39 % Interest). But i enjoy the car a lot.
