if you are looking to diy you have to options either spary tint by using something like vht night shade which is simple and imo is the best cuz u can make it as light and as dark and if you clear it comes out really shiny. or you can go to a website like http://www.headlightarmor.com/ or cheaper ones sale on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_Car-...3756.m14.l1318

hope this helps. also know that headlight armor are more expensive but they are thicker then more tint films and i am told that they last alot longer. if you are unsure about installing these you can go to a local tint shop they should be able to do it. they also can tint them for you by creating a custom flim.

I'm actually thinking of purchasing these from headlight armor for both front lights and back lights, but unsure if california laws allow it or not. Anyone know? I tried looking online with no luck. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

just did this too mine in two coats of blue on the headlights and two sheets of yellow on each fog. Have to take you time though, our lights are very easy until you get to the corners we have some interesting curves which take a lot of time

they make it for the tails too but they will be tough too because of the sharp corner and bend. Worth a try though. Ill be niteshaidn gmine though

Does anyone have pictures or better yet video with the lights on after the film was applied? I used night shade on turn signals before and didn't like it because it gave the light a pink color.

up to u man..the rrm ones r oem STYLE keyword...there is a mitsu website that sells actual mitsu black taillights...around the same price...the lens on stock taillights has a pink hue to it..and its a pain in the *** to open up and do all the work to black em out..considering u have to actually cut into the taillights...as i type this my taillights are in my garage drying out, i jus srpayed them with VHT niteshades...gonna clear coat em in a lil bit..ill post pics in here if u like..alot cheaper this way, 12 bucks for the VHT, 3 bucks for the clear coat..and some free time
