Here we go!

I'm doing some prep work for the turbo install (starts friday!)

My issue is the crash bar. Is there any way to take it off without cutting it?

no cutting needed. i think theres only like 6 bolts that hold it on. should only take about 10 mins to take it off once you have the bumper removed...

Thanks! After I posted this I went back outside to scratch my head some more and found two more bolts holding that hunk of metal on.

This is gonna be so much fun!

if your gonna be leaving it off the bumper is a little wobbly. one of these days when i feel like messing with it im going to try to make some brackets or something that will stablize the bumper a little bit...but gl with the build/install..

Yeah it slides into the frame with 2 square arms and has 2 bolts on each arm holding it in. Really easy to take off.

i put my intercooler on without having to take off the reinforcement bar. it actually holds up real nice. I'm using a stock bumper too

Yeah there are some pretty big intercoolers you can fit without any modification. I think you can get up to almost 4 inches thick

yeah mines pretty big but not thick so it can't push too much hp i could push almost 300
