USDM Evo and USDM Lancer parts compatibility?

got a quick question...are some of if any of the parts from the USDM Evo interchangable or compatible with the USDM Lancer? It seems like they would be but then again i read the JDM Evo is built of the Mirage platform. I would assume that the Mirage/Lancer/Evo are all the same cars which would mean the parts are interchangable but im not sure. I know engine codes and other huge subtlties exists but like i was saying..if any of the parts are interchangble which ones would they be? (Preferably wings, body panels, bumpers, and maybe engine components?)

It seems to me that the evo has wide quarter panels......but hey it's just me hehe..........

I think if i"m not mistaken that the front struts fit the non turbocharged fourbanger of ours.......plus the interior is the same stuff as our lancerzz.hahaha

Read around dude and you will find all the answers ur lookin for on this forum!

Tower brace doesn't fit as someone tried attaching it but it needed modification to clear the cruise control solenoid and the intake manifold I believe. As for the front struts, a while back someone posted comparison between the two pairs of front struts and they were nearly identical. Same spring perch width and everything, however, I'd be exceptionally wary of that since the ride would be extremely unbalanced. That's probably about it though as mentioned before since these cars are completely different animals save for the interior and the base chassis (which the Evo has refined to the Nth).

The only way the tower bar will fit is if you are willing to modify it and in that case you will brobably be better off buying from RRM. my tower bar isnt finished yet I have to have another bar welded on and then paint it. It still works but so far im looking at about $200 for the project.
