I need help with my '09 Lancer GTS

I am having a problem with the MAF sensor on the car and I can not for the life of me find a solution to it. Around a month and a half ago I replaced the Throttle body on my car as the one that was in it was shot, I replaced it and did a throttle body relearn process and the car ran fine for a solid month but then I started having idle issues on cold starts. The car would jump in rpm and then lower sporadically when first warming up then it would even out and would be fine once the engine was warm. I took it to a shop and they told me that the MAF sensor was just reading a bit wrong but wasn't broken, So I looked into what I could do. I cleaned the original MAF Sensor but that didn't solve the problem, So I bought a new MAF Sensor as I thought it was broken, I installed this one and the car ran fine for a couple hours then went to crap and threw me a P0102 Code. I returned the Sensor and ordered a new one and now this new one throws me the Code instantly but if I throw in the old one that was reading wrong it runs fine so I am truly at a loss. I have tried checking for vacuum leaks, I double checked that I installed the throttle body correctly I cleaned the new MAF Sensor before the install and I have cleared codes to try and get the ECU to pickup on the new Sensor but no luck so far.
