OK im intalling the rrm piggyback and im not sure which hose to cut, I see the fuel regulator (the little brass diaphram) but there are two hoses coming off it, one on the top and one on bottom, which one do I "T" into??

do not cut the vacuum hose on the car.

Cut a small section of the RRM hose supplied and connect that end to where the vacuum hose from the FPR runs to then use the other side of the T to connect the FPR vacuum hose. Last but not least connect the PB vacuum hose to the bottom end of the T.
