Electric Turbocharger kit!!!

Is this for real or is it ****? Has anyone seen these or installed one of these? Do you think this really works?

all it does it works like a ram air.but if you have a MAf sensor on your car you cant use this unless its put after the MAF senson.but then it screaws up all the air/fuel ratio if you dont get the MAF recalibrated
