i've been dying to do this mod.
 

its been talked about over and over...but rather than DYI...i looked on eBay..what do u guys think? worth a shot...its pretty cheap.

main reason why i wanna do this mod...is because i got a layer of shiny aluminum foil looking dynomat on the underside of my trunk...and its ugly as hell.

i did it to mine, and it looks awesome with some subs/neons in the trunk. definately an eye catcher, especially at car shows

some people didnt like the supports i used, callin them ghetto, but they work, and from the rear, you cant see them anyways. the project is verrrry cheap and easy. heres a link to some more info: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...lip+flop+trunk

i dunno...i would use that write up...and do it myself...but i want some nice aluminum machined parts....and everything "non-ghetto".....what do yall think about this ebay item?? trust me..im super skeptical about ebay items...maybe im just being lazy..lol

I looked into this, was going to do it with my carbon fiber trunk, but than I find out its pretty much door hinges on your trunk to make it flip-flop, I do think that it is cool looking thou, but like the previous guy said..."Ghetto Made" espically on EBAY, I watch out for the demon or angel eye thingy too, could work, but I'm more skeptical

there are a couple of people on this forum that have it, do a search i think one of them started a thread on it. there were lots of pics and a few different methods of doing it.
