What do you think about Mitsubishi's Lancerio in Taiwan

I was talking in another thread about hp and manufacturer claims, and mentioned the new Lancer iO they have in Taiwan. Earlier this year mitsubishi released what was viewed by some the old man / luxury look for the Lancer Fortis . http://www.lancerfortis.com.tw/ Still the same car underneath that metal body, but more refined. I rather liked it, as they pandered to an older market segment. some of the young guys hated it and wanted to hunt down the designer, and apply the tar and feather treatment.

Now looking at the recently released Lancer iO http://www.lancerio.com.tw , are any of us North American Lancer owners jelous of the design differences of this. With what seems to be an even more aggressive front end.

What do you think

1. Do you like what North America Mitsubishi has done with your lancer?
2. Does the passive looking Lancer Fortis appeal to you?
3. Or has the Lancer iO got it right??

Yeah, def not liking the front end.

I really look the sportier look of the lancer IO but the Lancer Fortis has some ****ing AWESOME MUSIC for its web site! Come on, why don't we get all this good stuff!?! And does anybody know what song that is or did they have it composed just for the lancer? Lol

ask that question to the CEO of the North American division. no idea what they are smoking. I mean did they think that HID's wouldnt sell or something? or that Canadians don't use Navi systems?

I like it but I'm not jealous.

Haha yeah, i was thinking the same thing. I have it running in the background, I've listened to it about 11 times now. I sent it to like 4 friends just for the music.

That car right there is how the Evo X should look like. I know a lot of you guys won't agree but someone with photoshop skills can perhaps put a wing and the hood scoop and you will see what im talking about. Lancer iO FTW!
