omg i can't believe it
last night, driving on I95 coming home to jersey from virginia tech i was cruising along when i came up on a trailer with a flat bed and what was on the back .... you guessed it. one brand new white US evo VII. after creaming my pants, i slammed on the brakes and stopped to admire the beaut. this was without a doubt the US evo (LHD). and it indeed is a VII. these are the other things i can say b/c i've seen with my own eyes. brembo disk brakes on all four wheels and a full sized FMIC. it was a beautiful sight. as i cruised along next to it my us lancer sat at the throne of the king. i don't know where this truck was heading, i eventually just passed it. hope you guys are as excited as i was. i got giddy when i saw that intercooler. :headbang:

That doesn't necessarily make it a US Spec Evo. It could have been imported by some lucky bastard. There are LHD Evos out there. Still...good to hear a sighting, right? :p Awful nice of you to share. :)

yeah, i thought of that too, if so, he is one lucky bastard.

Can you recall if the side mirrors and door handles were black or white?
Black mirrors/handles = RS model White mirrors/handles = RSII or GSR |
they were definitely white

Rally Driver around here. Ron Nelson www.coloradorally.org is his site, the time I took the nite pics he brought me in and showed me his logs from Superior and some other rallies in 2000. He has an ultra tweaked rally dsm. He was scca driver of the year in some category and the evo vii was a reward from team mitsu he said.
