What browser are you using? What happens exactly? Do you see anything on the page? The chat portion is a Java applet which has to load and could take some time.

using explorer

i sign in, put in a password, and it just sits there.

is the chat over now?

It works for me on Explorer. Try just putting your username, the password isn't required... maybe thats causing the problem.

What version of IE are you using? Not sure what the problem is. Are you behind a firewall?
