Aftermarket Shift Knobs

I'm looking for some kind of adapter to put on this kind of shift rod.
Most aftermarket knobs come with plastic adapters which are easily pulled off when put on this rod.
Any ideas what adapters should I look for, I've been searching for days and I'm starting to lose hope...
