Heavy duty wiring harness?

Im deciding between PIAA 9000 Series Intense White 9006 (HB4) replacement bulbs or Nokya Arctic White Stage II Headlight 9006 Bulbs for my low beams. If i do decide on one brand or the other, i also plan on changing the high beams and fog lights too. First off, are PIAA more trusted than Nokya? Brightness vs. Longevity? Second, i know Nokya offers heavy duty wiring harnesses for their 9006 and 9005 bulbs. Are they required for any aftermarket bulb to prevent damage to the stock harness? The Nokya's are rated at 100w on the box, but the PIAA ones say 12v 51w -> 115w. i dont quite understand that part. And IF wiring harnesses are required, do the fogs (H11) require one as well? because i cant find it anywhere online. thanks.

PIAA are WAAAAAAAAAAAAY more trusted. Also, since Nokya are a commonly found cheaper bulb, there's a TON of fake Nokyas on the market.

Can't help you on the harnesses or wattage as that's all above my knowledge level.
