Need to find a turbo for a CVT!

Any cvt turbos out for a lancer yet?!?!?! -_- besides the rrm turbo kit only for 5 speed! man.. really wana find 1! or can i just find a turbo and just build 1 on a cvt engine? will it have any problems during boost? i always wonder..

Oh also i seen some CVT lancers with turbos... all those gauges and stuff, aslo with HKS intercoolers.. i got kinda confused.. how does a turbo work on a cvt engine? is the piping the same as a manual trans? cvt dont have gears right or runs with one gear..?lol i thought a turbo needs to cool off for every shift on a manual.. i was wondering, if you had a turbo in a cvt wudnt the turbo just continue to suck up air and more air till you stop throttling it? while a shifting gear gives it time to stop sucking air.. what the hell i dont get it.. lol i wonder if a BOV wud work with a cvt.. haha..

also will the rrm manual turbo kit wud work for a cvt? since rrm said only for manual trans.. why?

until you come off the gas you will not get a BLOW OFF discharge. so that Turbo will keep spooling. And no it will not harm the CVT. CVT has its own ECU which can limit the engine directly if there is something wrong or too much power. There are sensors that monitor how much slippage is happening to the belt. its never much, but even a tiny bit will limit engine power.

But I cant stress enough, if you go turbo, you should look at getting either frequent tranny oil changes or upgrade the tranny oil.
