Seriouslyu dude...half? Why half? They needed to cover ALL of it. You have to get a brand new engine, you shouldn't be paying ANYTHING.

^^ Listen to this. I wouldn't pay $10 towards this if my dealership didn't service the car properly. That is 100% their fault and should absolutely come out of their pocket for all costs!!! Don't let them get away with it.

Nope, No Lawsuit... Couldn't find a lawyer that would take the case under contingency. They wanted $5k to start, and like I said in the past post, I settled with half...

I paid half the cost and just put a used engine in, instead of the $7k option for a new motor.
