How would you go about fixing this?

I've got a black 2002 Lancer OZ and there's some minor things cosmetically wrong.. but the most noticeable are these things (I don't know the specific name) that are breaking away, I'd like to repaint them but I'm not sure what to use or how to go about doing it!

So I thought I'd ask if anyone here has had this problem before and used some sort of rubber paint cement bull****.

Thanks!

You could either take it to a body shop. Or just mask it off and strip off all that black crap then rough up the surface and repaint it yourself.

What paint should I use? It seems as though it's more rubbery than flat paint. Thanks man.

You could always buy vinyl wrap, but as mentioned above, best and cheapest way would be to sand those down and hit them with a coat of paint.

Sounds good, I'll let you know how it goes. I'm gonna sand it and coat it with some black paint. Pix s00n.
