Is it possible to put an evo 7 or 8 drive trane an transmission in to the 2003 oz rally

 

not easily...there's nowhere to mount the rear subframe...it's just a sheet metal floor pan back there...you'd have to cut, the floor, reinforce it, fabricate custom mounting points, then swap fuel tanks, and then you might be able to make it work...

 

It's A LOT of work, but it IS possible. A LOT of work!

 

Everything is possible if you have the competences and patience for it. Don't do it if you're not a mechanics that does lots of custom work.

 

yeah unless you do all the fabrication/alignment work yourself, it could become grossly expensive...cheaper to buy an Evo...I've seen Evo 8's sell for 11k

if you want cheap AWD, get an older Subaru impreza, or a DSM
