90k mile maintenance confused about obscure fluids. What needs change? 2003 Lancer ES

Hi all,

So I am looking at this - http://imgur.com/a/OCvUN

Im doing transmission fluid change, coolant change at 90k, and ive been doing oil change every 3k to 5k.

I have a 2003 Lancer ES (all stock). Those pages list "Manual TransaxleOil"... this is for manuals only right? Mine is an automatic, so this doesnt apply to me.

Does Break fluid or power steering fluid need change? The levels are fine, but does it ever get changed?

Then it also lists "Transfer Oil", is this "Transmission Oil" ? Or is this something else?

Then item 21 is "Rear Axle Oil", does this need change on an Automatic stock Lancer ES?

I think the screenshots are from a manual for a rear/all wheel drive manual EVO? is that why its so confusing? I cant find chart like this for a Lancer ES, and I do have the manual that came with the car and it doesnt have a table like this.
