2014 Lancer body under shield replacement

2014 Lancer body under shield replacement
So recently I have been having issues with the plastic shielding on the underside of my lancer. In other words, I hit a bump or two and it is all trying to come off from basically trans forward. anyone know if it requires the pull bumper change or what the name of the shielding?
