I'm failing to under stand this "bleed green" thing. Either way, I hope that helped. Look at my cardomain link and in one of the pics at the bottom it will show how I ran the power wire.

bleed green" is for the sarcastic saskatchewan boy(jk) but yeah i found the harness for my system . cause i have the premium infinity sound package . the 6 speakers have an amp of thier own so all i got to do is buy that harness connect it to the rca speaker output and the relay/remote to my unit. and guess what it works .. but i am facing another issue . that is the display in my unit is not working all the buttons, and soundis workign fine , except for the display . Its a Pioneer DEH-P9800BT here's a pic of it

Thats one of the nice ones, did you buy it used? I didn't have the factory ssl package in my es, I really don't know how to hook it up, but it should be just about the same as an es. If you bought it used, you may have got screwed, if you got it new, I would see about returning it. check the fuse on the back of the player and see if its blown and make sure the dimmer is on off if possible.
