black on black. sleeper, or bad idea

ok, please click that link in the post right above your own, tke. while the black on black issue isn't absolutely sleeper related, the link WILL show you that non-evo's can be fast. In fact, it is people like you that assume all non-evo's are slow that make fast lancers such great sleepers! I am really not trying to be rude here, but your comment was.

I kinda dig the look of black rims with a silver lip, but I see it done a LOT, and that turns me off slightly, but I guess the best thing to do in the end is what i like. I was thinking of getting the evo style lights with the black.I do have a little silver on it already, a home made grill on the lower section. originally, I was thinking silver rims, but now I'm not so sure. haven't seen a lot of gunmetal yet, so not decided on that.
I find it hard to balance exterior mods with performance mods. as of now, I've only pored a couple hundred bucks into the car (due to insurrance, payments, and making less than 30k a year) I just want the car to look decent. rims, lowered (already did that) tint, tail lights, and a wing. and pay the most attention to performance.
by the way, does anyone know of anyone that makes a CF front bumber spoiler like I see all the time on the evo VIII? *wonders if he could retrofit an one intended for an evo*...
