Nice ride bro, i too came from the 03 phoenix red oz lancer as well... Just before i bought the turbo kit for it tho i just decided to step it up to the evo. Looks great though!
The SAFC is all you need to adjust fuel really if you are running rich, though the larger the injector size over stock you go, the less effective it tends to be. I dont know a whole lot about the lancer turbo tuning, but i do with the evo, and if you doubled the stock injector size in an evo you wouldn't wanna run an safc, and it would be time for the EMS or a standalone of some kind... In my opinion, you don't really need that large of injectors for 6lbs of boost, but you might if you run more so stick with em, get the safc tuned and (i dk if anyone does it) but if you could reflash the stock ecu as well, and have the safc compliment the flash that would be optimal due to your large injector size... Standalone is the way to go eventually, period... Have fun with it, and keep up the good work.

It's not a grill, it's a EVO VII body kit from body-kit.com
