My camera died, but I did find this picture. It's not the best, but maybe it will work.

thanks bro... i would paint it black, but the type of metal i used does not take to paint very well, plus the chrome looks good with the k@n

hey kurt... i need two measurments... the distance from the stock mount to the point in which you want it to turn towards the filter, and the distance it needs to go from there.

wow...now that looks tight...and yes i did just say tight....but yeah thats really clean, you might want to patent that or something lol start selling em custom made for people i think itd do well IMO...im always looking for ways to make money you should do it

*oh and i remember you trying to think of ways to do a heat sheild, you could try to incorperate it into the snorkel design like it being attached to the end of the snorkel and extending to the back end of the filter and mae it a semi circular design to sheild the left side of it...just a thought

Nicely done, looks almost like it came from the factory. Only thing I'd do different is paint it/powdercoat it black. You know what you need now? A mini battery.

really nicely done! i have injen sri but i have no dremel (nor experience with it) so i havnt done the stock snorkel mod yet. (is it worth all the time and effort?)

if u wanna have the paint stick to the metal, just sand the surface til it feels rough, then primer and paint~

what's with the paint it black thing? i like the chrome... is it too showy or somthin? i figured i would leave it that way until i needed to paint it (like if it gets scratched to all hell).

i could try to make one out of some anodized black aluminum... maybe i will try that, but wouldn't a black one attract more heat?

i would keep it chrome till it gets scratched like you said and then make it black and the emblem silver/chrome
