the shifts are actually really fast....but a lil lerchy.... i was tired of dirving 5 spd and getting stuck in traffic for hours....all around its a great car so far...the seats are alot more comfortable....it handles well.....the only thing is when its in auto mode it jumps around the rpm band alot but i guess thats what a cvt does....the other neat feature is the onbaord computer display that tells you average mpg and temperature and how far u can go before you need to refill....

Nice to hear that the shifts are fast. I also heard you can actually feel shift shock when shifting. Thats cool. I didnt get a chance to test drive a CVT equipped one, only the analog one.

I'm in the same boat, only I will never ever buy Mitsubishi again, at least not new enough to have a "warranty"
