yeah, lowering is always on option... and every1 tells me too...

but when your driving on the east side of milwaukee, where every 10 feet you will hit a huge pot hole, and wisconsin weather= no no.

I Suppose i could do it, but i have put alot of thought into lowering, but i dont want to just get Springs, the cheap-o $200's because i have heard many bad things about what they do to the suspension and the ride.... (not that the fact that the ride of my car ALREADY sucks on not even bumpy roads)

.... no reason to make it worse

And about coilovers, i just dont have the money for them. :\

I'm in Newfoundland, Canada... our roads are without a doubt worse than what you have there. From pot holes to wavy ones... the Eibach springs are holding up like champs. The only thing at all noticable is when going over the wavy bumps which make the suspension extend fully, the springs make a little noise when the mounts make contact with them again. Overall, the ride quality is amazing, and I'm really surprised that the lowering springs handle the bumpy roads as well as they do. I lucked into getting my springs second hand for $150... so it was pretty much a no-brainer to save over $1000... but rest assured that if you go the spring route, Eibach's are perfect.

It's not as bad as what happened to mine, but still bad regardless. Maybe you should stop parking at the hotel, since I guess both happened there right?

I'm in sulphur, louisiana and apparently our roads are worse because I have bottomed out twice and my OZ is still stock height. There are potholes everywhere, in neighborhoods there are just big slopes where old roads ended and new roads began and its horrible. Everyone that has a lowered car around here has a cracked front bumper. Lowering isnt right for everyone

Yeah, next year in school i will be parking in the school parking lot, so no worries for any incidents to happen... hopefully *knock on wood*.

Yeah i mean i would LOVE to lower it, but i just dont think it is worth it since this car is a daily driver for me and i drive alot.

Thanks for your feedback.

Wow, that actually does sound worse than around here.... and that possibility is truely disturbing! I agree with what you say... Lowering isn't for everyone, even if it's the first thing people say to do
