more kits for the 2008 lancer
Whats with the slowest cars available on the market (IE ES, LS, Etc...) owners always trying to put on the most aggressive body kits... I see more base model cars rolling around with a body kit than the nicer models.... For instance, I see 8-10 ES lancers with a body kit for every 1-2 Ralliarts... You rarely see a body kit on an EVO, unless it actually functions (widebody etc)
Why not just buy a nicer car to begin with if you are gonna dump 1K or more in a kit to try and look like a more powerful car?

with that said then why mod a base model to any car [IE: es,ls,oz,ralliart] in the first place? be it a bodykit or performance mods.
One thing I fail to understand is why are people called ricers because they like to perform exterior mods on a daily driver. Not everyone is going to take there car to the track, or wants to build a high-powered monster. I want to do both but i don't agree that if my girlfriend wants her car to look good (better than stock), and doesn't want to race around the world in 5 mins she should be considered a ricer
i want my car to look super-classy, so i'm actually thinking of raising money for the RS? type i think it's called. i would love it to be fast, too, but i will never have the money to boost a lancer and lose the warranty. i just want it to be quiet, smooth, and clean.
I don't think there is any thing wrong with a 450whp vehicle, which is why I said I want to do both exterior and engine mods to my lancer. Im just saying that if someone isn't interested in owning a race car but wants there car to look like one they shouldn't be called a ricer.
If it's done to make the car look nice, it's fine.
If it's done to make the car look fast, then we get ricey.
The problem is that everyone feels different. Some folks think the wing is a style item, others hold that it's functional. So then we argue.
Everyone just shut the Hell up and get along.
It's kinda important that they not paint it. That way, it's easy for stupid people to see what's different.
That's not a joke. We can all agree that about half the people you deal with on a daily basis are morons. This is why your hairdryer has to tell you 87 times not to take it into the bathtub.

Well, I am going to need some input on these front bumpers, as I will be replacing mine after someone backed into it.
I am kind of liking the second one that was posted. Not the Evo style, but the basic style that still has the foglight holes.
