grill

i know they don't sell the one in that pic that's posted. i'm just talking about it being mesh and i'm getting a mesh because the stock one is the only butt ugly part on the OZ.

home depot

that's pretty funny. a friend and i did the same thing and found a squre 1/4x1/4 inch chicken wire and then a 1/2x1 inch (approx) diamond, thicker, fence/wire. i was going to get the diamond shape but the one thing that i could not fabricate or modify from the stock grill is the border. otherwise it's a $5 mod.

yeah i was looking at that one too, but this guy did a custom job, just wondering what he used/where he got it. I went to home depot, couldnt find anything like that except big chicken wire. And he also doesnt have a border on it... i think it looks cool, kinda like evo 7 style

grill mod

i was going to do the same but gave up and bought one from roadracemotorsports because i couldn't get the fence/wire to fit on the stock grill and couldn't find a way to make a border for it. what did you use for a border? if the stock one, how did you mount the fence/wire? do you have a picture you could post?

Boy since no one really has the correct answer, i shall give it. That grill is the JDM grill for Lancers. Some other people were talking about getting it through you local mitsu dealer. It costed them like 100$ or something, i cant remember. But yes it is the JDM Grill.

I don't think that's a JDM style grille... I have a custom grille just like the one yo guys saw in the previous pics of this thread... and I didn't buy any gutter guard from HomeDepot or any other store~
