Im pretty sure they just change the names for the different models. Octane blue for the Evos, electric blue for the normal Lancers (GTS and below)

 

I don't like too many kits, but this one looks pretty damn good. I like it alot. Good stuff man.

They are diferent colors of blue.

My GTS is OCTANE BLUE . I modifiead the saturation of the pics , so the color is more brilliant.

OCTANE BLUE is for EVO X and 09 GTS ONLY

ELECTRIC BLUE is a diferent shade of blue, more darker and is only for 08 LANCERS
