I was in an accident back in December and got rear ended by a Ford Explorer. I arranged to pay the difference between the OEM bumper and the Apex II bumper because I liked how it didn't stick out like the stock one. Well my bodyshop just got the bumper and it's cracked in one of the curves along the edge and it's got a crack/hole up and to the right of the liscense plate area. Also it has small pin holes all over it which will expand ones primed, painted, and clear coated. Now just today, they called me back and told me the fitment is complete crap. They'd have to remove the foam absorber (which I didnt mind because that's the reason the OEM one sticks out) and the rear reinforcement (which essential IS the bumper). In addition they'd have to remove my muffler cut it, and reroute it because it sits 4-6 inches to high. End story is Accolade is full as crap as far as fitment for that bumper at least. The quality is trash, and their customer service just told me I bought it as is and they weren't liable. They don't answer their phones and they obviously don't care about their customers after they get paid.

Dude, the short bumpers require removal of re-bar and foam. Aftermarket exhaust are made for oem fitment. As for the pin holes, they should have been filled before paint. A body filler would have done the trick. sorry for the incovience, if you have any questions im/pm me or any of the accolade guys.

Inconvience??? Man I would have to pay 200-250 in labor and materials to fill all the pin holes on it and fix the TWO cracks. Then I'd have to pay them to modify my muffler and buy an aftermarket one. And like I said no one at accolade answers the phones, only emails and if a particualr bumper requires you to remove the re-bar then say that. My bodyshop told me that even after all that the fitment is still crap. They said that. Professionals at a bodyshop. End of story.
