Best Legal Plugin Headlights?

What are the best Legal High Powered and BRIGHT Headlights on the market? I want a set that just plugs in and works, no kits, and the brightest possible, thanks!

You mean bulbs?
PIAA has some crazy halogens that costs about $80~$110.

dont do a job half ***...if you wanna upgrade your lights go HID...other than that...stay with the $10 lights...cus theres not really a difference...HID is the way to go...might seem like a lot but well worth it...

Sylvania silverstars look great and are bright white with no ricey looking blue or purple tint. They cost between 30 and 40 for a pair. They are not HID, but you can tell a big difference from stock headlight bulbs.

HID is NEVER street legal.
Hell I got mine and I never got into any trouble, just make the beams aim lower so you won't blind the cops when you are behind or going towards them.

One question, like he said, for example the lights on BMW's are VERY good, my friends 330ci lights are incredible bright and wide, are they just special or is there a 'similar' or same product for our cheaper cars?
