the only problem with this is the tape. Ive seen my friends honda civic hatchback and his angel eyes have some kind of sealant. I dont know what they use but it looks pretty damn clean. He doesnt know to because he just bought the hatch.

i'm gonna try within the next 2 weeks! i gotta get that Drummel tool thingy to make the cuts.. and order those LED lights.... Im gonna put some thought and planning into this... now i have to push back DIY Blackhousing project till i get this done. Im 100% sure you can get Clear sealant from Home Depot! we'll see wassup

1 problem that i see......... His LED light is connected to a 9V battery GHETTO!...... which means... They will never turn offand u better keep a sack of energizer batt's in ur trunk......... i gotta find how u can hook theese up to a 12v power source like the parking lights.

i would say just splice the wires to your sidemarker wires...so they will go on when you turn your sidemarker lights on..just make sure you get the right resistor when you're hooking up the led's

a 220ohm resistor should be fine with 12V, it'll just be a bit brighter, or you could just buy 12V rated LED's and for power, just grab your parking light wire so that you can control them with the parking lights and so they'll be on with your headlights as well
